COVID-19 updates for Carlsbad Food Tours

We at Carlsbad Food Tours understand that with uncertainty around the corona virus  many of you are rethinking your travel plans and activities. As a member of our foodie community, we want to take this opportunity to share some of the initiatives we are implementing to keep you, our employees, and our neighborhoods safe.
If you’ve already booked tickets on an experience and feel uncomfortable keeping your booking, we have flexible and reasonable travel adjustment options for your upcoming experiences. We are happy to refund your ticket or reschedule it to a later date.  You may also want to exchange your ticket for an e-certificate (which never expire), that way you can use it in the future! Contact us and we’d love to help you. All employees are washing and sanitizing their hands throughout their tour.
Simple health tips to protect yourself:

  • Wash your hands often throughout the day with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

Each guest will now be offered their own hand sanitizer to keep and use at their leisure and continue to have frequent restroom access to wash hands.
Our team is staying informed and educated on the developments and following CDC guidelines for prevention, sanitation and hygiene.
