What Does It Mean to Be Kindness Certified?

The #Kindness Certified Company program was created by Kids for Peace in partnership with the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce. Building upon the success of the internationally recognized Great Kindness Challenge, the program recognizes businesses that demonstrate a commitment to kindness in their workplace, community, and daily operations.

The certification encourages companies to foster positive workplace cultures, support their communities, care for the environment, and inspire others through acts of kindness and compassion.

By becoming Kindness Certified, businesses pledge to be intentional about how they treat their employees, customers, partners, and neighbors while helping create a more connected and caring world.

Since launching Carlsbad Food Tours in 2014, our mission has always been about more than food.
