Restaurateur John Resnick and founding Executive Chef Andrew Bachelier first partnered to create Campfire, a restaurant celebrating live-fire cooking and the spirit of gathering around a campfire.

Building on that success, they opened Jeune et Jolie in 2018, introducing a refined French-inspired dining experience unlike anything North County had seen before.
